Read this before you write to us
This site has no published email, phone number or postal address. That is deliberate. If a monitored mailbox is ever set up, it will be listed on this page and nowhere else. Until then, contact goes through the comment form under any review; Marcus reads those.
Know what we can and cannot do
We cannot resolve a dispute with a casino, and we cannot touch anyone’s account. Marcus reviews live-dealer and VIP offers by placing real wagers at stated limits and timing withdrawals, but that work ends at the review. If your complaint is about a locked account, a missing payout or a bonus you believe was misapplied, take it to the operator’s own support channel and then to the regulator that licenses them.
Send the messages that help
Useful messages are factual. A term that no longer matches the operator’s published VIP conditions. A limit stated wrongly on one of our pages. A withdrawal time that does not hold up when you test it yourself. Send the page address and the exact wording you are disputing. Marcus checks personal-account-manager promises line by line against operator VIP terms, so a specific mismatch is worth more to him than a general complaint.
Check the limit before the promise
If gambling is costing you more than you planned, stop reading reviews and call ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 or visit connexontario.ca. The Responsible Gambling Council Canada at responsiblegambling.org and PlaySmart at playsmart.ca also take enquiries. Our responsible gambling page lists what we do and do not cover, and the author page explains how Marcus tests an offer before it appears here.
