You want to know who writes this site, how the claims get checked, and what happens when something is wrong. That is fair. Read this page before you trust a single number on valkilmer.gallery.

Know who is doing the writing

Marcus Whitfield writes every review and every page on this site. He spent ten years supervising high-limit tables on the pit floor of a large Ontario casino. He now reviews live-dealer and VIP offers by placing real wagers at the stated limits and timing the withdrawals himself. He checks personal-account-manager promises line by line against the operator’s own VIP terms. He writes for high-stakes players. You can read more on the author page.

Pick topics that cost you money

Topics get chosen for one reason. A player at a high limit can lose real money on a bad term, a slow payout, or a promise that the terms do not support. If a subject does not affect your bankroll, it does not get a page here. Marcus decides what to cover, and he decides it without asking an operator what would look good.

Check the limit before the promise

Every claim on this site gets tested against the operator’s published terms and against Marcus’s own account activity. When a casino advertises a maximum bet, Marcus places that bet and records what happens. When a VIP host promises a faster withdrawal, Marcus times the withdrawal and compares the result to the written terms. If the two do not match, the page says so. A promise that only exists in a chat window is not a promise. It is a sales line, and you should treat it that way.

Name the sources you can verify

Marcus works from operator terms and conditions, live-dealer tables, cashier screens, and his own withdrawal records. He does not repeat a claim he cannot trace back to a document or a transaction he has seen. Where a fact cannot be confirmed, the page says it is unconfirmed. You should assume that anything without a source behind it did not survive the check.

Keep operators out of the copy

No operator gets to read a review before it goes live, and no operator gets to change a line after publication. Commercial links on this site are described in full on the affiliate disclosure page. A commercial relationship never buys a better verdict. If an operator’s terms are weak, the page says the terms are weak.

Review again when the terms move

Operators change bonus terms, withdrawal limits, and VIP conditions without warning. When Marcus learns that a term has changed, the affected page gets reviewed again. Every page also gets a full review at least once a year, even when nothing appears to have moved. The date at the top of each page tells you when it was last checked.

Corrections

If you find an error, report it through the contact page. Tell Marcus which page is wrong and what the correct information is. If you have a screenshot or a copy of the term, send it. That speeds up the check.

Marcus verifies every report against the operator’s current terms and his own records before he changes anything. If the report is right, the page gets fixed. If the report is wrong, the page stays as it is and you get a reply explaining why.

A corrected page is marked with a new updated date at the top. Where the change matters to your money, the correction is described in the body of the page so you can see what was wrong and when it changed. Silent edits do not happen here.
